Architect Franz Grosetti

Born in 1828 in Austria. Educated at the Russian Academy of Arts (1851). In 1864 he received the title of artist-architect for the «Project of a country house». From 1868 he worked as a Baku city architect. Several dozen buildings have been built in Baku according to the designs of Franz Grosetti. In addition to architecture, he also painted watercolors.
