The building of the former Mikhailovskaya hospital - the first in the Baku province. It was built in 1888-1889 on the basis of the project of the German architect Nicholas August von der Nonne (16.06.1835 – 13.08.1908). The grand opening of the hospital took place on November 8, 1889. The building is an architectural monument and is protected by the state.
