Residential building on Nizami street
Residential building at the intersection of Nizami (former Gubernskaya), Nigar Rafibeyli (former Kolyubakinskaya) and Zargarpalan (former Spasskaya) streets. The two-story building was built in 1898. The author of the project is the German architect Adolf Wilhelm Eichler (08.10.1869 – 05.02.1911). Later, in the middle of the XX century, two additional floors were added to the building.
