The two-story residential building was built according to the design of the German architect Otto Simonson in 1896 and occupies the front of a whole block in the central part of Baku. The building is located at the intersection of Aziz Aliyev (former Mikhailovskaya) Street, 6, Academician Abdulkerim Alizade (former Baryatinskaya) Street, 2, and Mammad-Amin Rasulzade (former Olginskaya) Street, 7.
