A residential building built at the corner of Tabriz Khalilbeyli (former Tsitsianovskaya), 10 and Suleyman Tagizade (former Pochtovaya), 84. Built in 1892 based on the design of the German architect Nikolai August Von der Nonne (16.06.1835 – 13.08.1908).
The angular location in the planning structure of the old quarters of the suburb has an active volumetric and spatial expression. The building is notable for the rich plasticity of the facades in classical forms, the excellent local tradition of stone laying, the high culture of execution in kind of all architectural elements and details.
The residential building belongs to the architectural monuments and is protected by the state.
