Residential building on Zarifa Aliyeva (former Merkurievskaya) Street, 53-55. The building was built in 1880-1890. The author of the project is the German architect Nikolai August Von der Nonne (16.06.1835 – 13.08.1908). The building is an architectural monument and is protected by the state.
